Studio-summerhouse (garden & pool), Lalanne-Arqué

The property is situated in the department of the Gers in the Midi Pyrenees in a small village called Lalanne-Arqué. If you are looking for tranquillity this is the place. No main roads and a panoramic view of the pyrenees. A studio apartment: self contained apartment with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The studio is situated on the 1st floor. You can use the summerhouse to relax and cook with more facilities. See the extra photos and list. The owner only shares the pool with you. The space The property is totally fenced. Only 5 minutes you'll find the Lac de Gimone, a very large lake which is 5-6 km long with a sandy beach near the dam. Sailing, sail boarding and swimming is allowed. 5 minutes by car. Lots of little restaurants serving menu du jour (meal of the day), great value at around 18 euro's for 3-4 courses. You are most welcome, please enjoy your stay in a beautiful part of the French countryside. A one hour drive from Marciac. Guest access Guest's can share the garden, swimming pool and parking with the owners. Other things to note You need to be able to walk up a staircase.
