Spacious apartment (80 sq.m.) with amazing sea views!!! The space Southern Cross offers stunning seaviews and amazing sunsets and is located just 50 meters from a semi-private beach in Potos, which combines crystal clear water, pine trees and excellent climate. The apartment -which occupies the whole second floor of the property-, is 80 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The ground floor is occupied by the local doctor's private practice. The property includes 2 bedrooms (with double beds) and a living/dining room with a double and two single sofa beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, espresso coffee machine, french coffee machine, frappe coffee machine, toaster and cooking utensils). Mosquito nets/screendoors, are installed in every window/balcony door. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, shower with hydromassage and a bidet. Three televisions are available, (32 inch in the living room and two 24 inch in the bedrooms), with Netflix and satellite reception (Astra 19.2, Hotbird 13.0). Furthermore, fiber internet (up to 30Mbps) is available in all of the property. In the yard you can enjoy your coffee in the kiosk or if you feel like it, barbecue. A parking spot for one car is also available for our guests. Southern Cross is ideal for families/groups that prefer a relaxing holiday but also want to be close to the center, in order to enjoy the lively nightlife that Potos offers, without being distracted by the noise. The center of Potos is just a 5 minute walk. There you can find various restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Bakeries and supermarkers are located within a range of 150 meters from the property. It should be mentioned that guests of the apartment, are allowed to use the pool of Sirines hotel (which is located literally adjacent to the property), at no extra cost.
