3 bedroom 1 bath home ready for your family's getaway to Whidbey Island! Located on 5 acres of grassy lawn and trees, a shallow private beach front is a walk from the sunny deck. A lakeside fire pit, and a bonus pit by the home with its wrap around deck for your use. Come use our canoes and lake toys, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the lake! The owners have a trailer on the property for personal use. Only used on occasion, we will not inturupt your stay, or trespass on the upper area of the property (where the cabin resides) unless asked. There is ample parking on the property. Home is 10 minutes (or less) from some great cafes and tourism. We live 10 minutes away, happy to help when needed. The Lakehouse has plenty of parking if you plan to bring a boat with trailer. There is a public boat launch to Deer Lake about a mile from this property. The neighbors have a sweet horse and dogs, we do not allow pets for this reason. There are no fenced areas, including down at the water, we urge parents to be cautious with young children. This is a non-smoking home. Indoor AND outdoor smoking is prohibited.
