Read more :) The space The apartment is completely renovated and within its 75m2 is a spacious fully equipped lounge, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them.
