We are following Airbnb's COVID-19 safety and cleaning protocols including cleaning with bleach and alcohol while wearing masks and gloves. I bought this home recently so all of the furniture and mattresses are new. The house is on a very quiet street and has double-paned windows.

Guests have access to the whole house except for a closet in the master bedroom in which I keep my personal belongings.

Generally, I won't be interacting personally with my guests other than perhaps greeting them on arrival depending on whether I am available. However, I am almost always available by telephone, text and email.

I bought my house in this neighborhood because of all it has to offer. Museums, running, biking, shopping and restaurants close by and only a short walk or bus ride to Center City. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood but only a few blocks from some very cool restaurants and bars.

I recommend parking on the street and leaving your car there for the duration of your stay. Generally plenty of spots are available during the day but parking becomes a little tighter in the evening. Much of what Philadelphia has to offer is within walking, biking or bus distance. We have 4 bus lines within a block of the house.

Let me know if you have any questions about the house, the neighborhood or Philadelphia. And now the small print - the City of Philadelphia requires that I post: Limited Lodging Operator License Numb (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and Commercial Activity License Numb (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
