The space Villa Maria is recently decorated and refurbished in a very clean and luxury style. One of the few houses in southern Kefalonia not destroyed by the 1953 earthquake and a fine example of the preseismic style of architecture. In the 19th century, particularly since 1863, it hosted the notary's office of the region.  - It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds while a sofa-turned-bed in the living room is also available. There are two bathrooms and laundry . -  Villa Maria is an  air-conditioned place with free Wi-Fi and a big garden adjacent to the picturesque countryside as well as a private swimming pool - It is a very convenient, with a big living room and a  fully equipped kitchen.  There is a big garden with all the equipment such as chaise tables, chairs, lounges, umbrellas. - There is a TV screen and a barbecue, as well as a toaster and a coffee machine. Free parking place is available. - It is decorated in a personal way that respects the traditions and the urban design of that area of Kefalonia.
