4-room apartment of 75 m2 including 3 bedrooms with 5/6 beds plus a baby bed. It has all the comforts, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, coffee maker etc... A large wooded park all around the house. 5-minute walk to the city center. The beach is 100 meters away (which you can easily access by a private path at the bottom of the garden) close to Péreire beach. The condominium does not tolerate noise. The space The apartment is on the second floor and the wooded park is all around the house with its private path to the beach! Great for families! We do not provide linens. Remember to bring your sheets, towels, square pillowcases... Be aware that there are companies that deliver sheets and towels... On the other hand, we provide duvets and pillows. Check-in and check-out times are to be established by messages. Guest access The entire space of the apartment.
