This is a newly renovated fully furnished condo unit which offers Cozy, Convenient and Secure accommodation for tourists, business travelers and staycationers. Mezza Residences Condo is strategically located on the corner of Aurora and G Araneta and very accessible to public transportations wherever you may go in the metro. The space The unit has been designed to make guests feel relaxed and at home upon entering. It has been carefully furnished with customized, space saving and multi-functional pieces for guests convenience. Bedroom - daybed/single bed which can be easily converted into queen size bed Living Area - Smart TV. Wifi - 15 Mbps Kitchen - Kitchen island which serves as a dining and working space as well as extra counter space for preparing meals. The kitchen is also equipped with appliances (ref, induction cooker, water kettle, rice cooker, microwave oven), pots and pans and other utensils for your cooking and dining needs. Frying however is prohibited to prevent unwanted smells and oily atmosphere. Excessive smoke may also activate the building's fire alarm. T&B - Hot & cold shower, soap, shampoo and towels are provided The unit is equipped with a 1HP A/C which can cool enough the whole unit, FOR SELF CHECK-IN I will be sending you a picture of the authorization letter here in the app, please show this photo to the guard on duty. The remaining instructions are to follow upon confirmation. Guest access > Guest can access amenities area at the 5th floor which has an adult and kiddie pool, children's playground, jogging path, koi pond and plenty of lounge areas. > First 2 guests is FREE of charge. Additional guest will have to pay 200/head to access the pool. The fee will be paid directly to the admin located at the 4th floor of Tower 2. > First W guests is FREE of charge for using the gym located at the 6th floor. Other things to note As per condo policy, guests are required to submit proof of identity at the reception/lobby during check in for security purposes. Please bring photocopies of valid IDs/passport to avoid inconvenience on your arrival. CHECK-IN: 3-5PM (Please advise your estimated time of arrival) CHECK-OUT: 11 noon. Early and late check out are subject to availability and add'l charge (150/hour) to cover for increase in usage of electricity especially A/C. Kindly check my calendar before requesting/inquiring for an early check in or check out. If there's no guest before or after your arrival, I allow early check in/check out as long as there's no last minute booking. Owner or her representative must be allowed to check the unit at least 10 minutes before check out.
