The large garden, available to all tenants, is maintained by the caretaker, a permanently employed lady cleans the common areas regularly and takes care of the apartment (changing bed linen + towels, vacuum cleaning every 2 weeks). The space The key to the apartement also opens the doors to the house, the laundry room and the former garage in the basement, used for bicycles now. Separation and disposal of garbage, dish washing, dusting and bathroom cleaning is the tenant's job. The lady changing bedding and towels every two weeks will only clean the floors with the vacuum cleaner.
