The perfect location for your wine country retreat! Situated on a 5 acre gated property & centrally located between Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, & Solvang. The entire property is meticulously landscaped and offers guests phenomenal amenities including a state of the art infrared yoga studio, pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill & more. •5 mins to Los Olivos •7 mins to Santa Ynez •10 mins to Solvang Pet fee paid separately - $50/day per pet EV charger on site - $20 per stay The space Guests are welcome to enjoy the property and the luxurious amenities it has to offer. They have access to the pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Use of the hot tub and pool will require a liability waiver to be signed. If the pool is covered, don’t assume it’s closed. We try and keep it clean from leaves, bugs etc. Guest quarters have A/C and heat as well as a full kitchen minus an oven. A Keurig coffee maker + coffee pods are provided. There’s pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. It also has all the necessities (bedding, blankets, towels, toilet paper, soap). The bedroom has a queen bed with a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress and the living room has a pull out sofa bed. It is also equipped with WiFi and a smart TV for streaming. There is an Electric Vehicle Charger on property that is available to use for $20 per stay. There is a private yoga studio onsite and private yoga lessons are available to guests at a discounted price. There are multiple community and picnic areas around the property where guests can eat, read, relax etc.. We grow Grenache and Syrah grapes on the property and make roughly 2,000 bottles of delicious wine. Guest access Note: This is 1 of 2 rentals on the property. Pool area, fire pit and outdoor grill are shared by both AirBNBs. Guests have access to the general grounds of the property including use of the pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor community areas. If guests wish to use the pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and fire pit, they must sign the liability waiver provided upon their arrival. There is a tree swing but it's mainly decorative so please only use it to take photos. The pool is solar-heated and may not always be as warm as desired during the winter months, but the hot tub can be heated to over 100 degrees in about 30 minutes. Although uncommon, sometimes the amenities may not be available due to weather, maintenance, cleaning, etc. Amenities are typically only available from 9am until 9pm and must be turned on/off by the owner unless instructed otherwise. Other things to note The entrance to the property and guest quarters are completely keyless for easy check-in. You will also have access to high-speed WiFi and Direct TV. Codes and passwords will be provided prior to your arrival. We have two very friendly, sweet dogs that live on the property and explore the grounds freely. They will come right up to you and greet you upon arrival with wagging tails. If you aren't dog people, I would recommend seeking other accommodations. Be aware that GPS sometimes is inaccurate in the Valley and will sometimes try and guide you to the back of our property which can't be accessed.
