The space The "Guests Suite" The rooms of the Suite that occupy the entire first floor of the Villa are accessed with a door on the anteroom to access the two large double rooms and the bathroom with Jacuzzi tub (optional hydromassage). Each door of the private rooms dedicated to you and inside the Villa has key locks for greater privacy. The environment is simple, warm and refined. The "Rosemonde" Room has a double bed with a very comfortable King Super Size mattress (175x195 cm, memory+waterfoam) and an extra bed if needed. Access to the large terrace and solarium on the first floor (50 square meters). The "Assouma" room is equipped with a large king-size bed and an exceptional pocket-spring mattress, as well as a sofa bed. The third and large single room "Edward" and a second bathroom are available as an option for more than 6 guests. This last room on the first floor has a refined French bed (140x190) and opens onto the large 50-square-meter terrace where you can also have breakfast or cook with a barbecue. If necessary, an additional mobile bed (80x190 cm) or a baby bed (6-24 months) can be used in each of the rooms. The private bathroom is reserved for the rooms and is located in the first floor area reserved for the Suite with access from the anteroom. The optional Jacuzzi whirlpool function is to be adjusted on site. The costs include consumption for 2+2 hours of central heating (5 euros per hour for extra heating) and air conditioning. The stairs of the floors of the villa are shared with any guests of other apartments on the second floor or our staff. Depending on your preferences, you will be exclusively assigned one of the two kitchens and living rooms in the villa. The Villa is in a residential village with green parks and tennis courts (equipment available), in a private location and consists of two separate apartments with various bright rooms on the first and second floors, carefully furnished and complete with two fully equipped kitchens and living rooms on two other separate floors. It offers a comfortable and surely relaxing stay beyond very large interior spaces and numerous amenities in the Villa and the Village. In the Villa, on different levels, there are a variety of bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms (shower or Jacuzzi), a study, a fitness point, a laundry area with free washer-dryer service (2 washing machines, a dryer and fans), a cellar and over 70 m2 of terraces with summer solarium. From here, the center of Rome is easy to reach: frequent and quick public transport connections with the train station (Ciampino) and Metro B (Anagnina) will allow you to get to the Center of Rome in a maximum of 30/40 minutes. It is also a few kilometers from the Archaeological Park of the Appia Antica and the ancient Christian Catacombs in addition to the Roman Castles known for excellent wine. Access to the Villa, which is located within a large residential Village, is from the pedestrian gate on the street at number 167. The neighborhood of small villas is safe and well attended. Final access to the Villa is from the private garden gate with the keys provided at check-in. The large "Guests Suite", the bathroom on the floor with direct access, and the kitchen are dedicated to your stay and reserved exclusively for you. Each private room in the villa is equipped with keys for greater privacy and security of access. The many large rooms of the Villa on the entrance and lower floor are reserved and exclusively available to guests. The main living room with windows overlooking the green garden is certainly appreciated by guests for relaxing while listening to music on the large sofas. The large, fully equipped kitchens on the separate floors or the private terraces of each individual apartment with tables and umbrellas will generally be used for breakfast or lunch during the warm seasons. Each floor is equipped with a computer. Some areas and rooms of the villa – living room with fireplace, cellar, barbecue and private garden – can be reserved exclusively for your apartment upon request of the guests, subject to agreement with the Host. A pantry with various products and other items for personal care and hygiene are provided by external services and offered by the Host to allow you to prepare a quick and pleasant meal without having to resort to inconvenient supplies. The tennis court of the Village will be available during the stay on simple reservation (equipment available on site). For the benefit of guests' privacy, NOI staff will not be present inside reserved Areas outside of the Check In - Out or for the provision of the requested services (unless explicit requests for support from guests). Generally, work will be done in the laundry area (separate apartment) that can instead be exclusively used by our staff for daily or night activities (washing, rest).
