RED ROOM in a typical Flemish home 4km from city center Important : 1. No smokers inside/ courtyard / window or anywhere on property. 2. 1 cat on property. not suitable if allergic. 3. No guests with no reviews or few reviews 4. I wake up at 5 am and might be slight noise from above but it is not a lot. 5. This is 2nd listing so there can potentially be other guests in the 2nd room. The space This is a house and 2 people live here and one cat. there are 2 Airbnb rooms so there maybe guests in the second room. there are 3 floors : -the Ground floor is a large living area, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. -the 1st floor is YOUR bedroom and other guest room -the 2nd floor is where I stay. fully equipped kitchen. no washing machine Guest access Everything is accessible except the 2nd floor and office space on the ground floor and is security controlled. you will receive a key on arrival. During your stay Please note that we are at home most of the day but we have our own space and don't interact much with guests except on the tour to handover the key. We hope that you will feel at home as much as possible! Other things to note 1. We do not live in the city center but close 3-4 km walk it is well connected via bus line. there is no train connection. Please check the location in proximity to city to be sure the location is suitable for you. this home is very well suited for car owners. 2. Please note we do not accept bookings that is not made through Airbnb! We do not accept black bookings! if you are a return client please message and we will gladly offer you the room for an affordable rate via Airbnb! 3. this home is NOT suitable for babies or very young children. 4. It is not suitable if you are allergic to cats 5. It is not wheelchair friendly. 6. Not suitable for a romantic getaway our floors are not sound proof. 7. We don't accept pets here. 8. We prefer no smokers here.
