Closely together is the Born neighborhood, the Ciutadella´s public park, the zoological, the Maremagnum, the Aquarium, the harbor and the Olympic Vila. DESCRIPTION: The building is new, the apartment is bright, quiet, located in a street with very little traffic, is on the second floor, measures 40m2, has balcony, A/C, is furnished and equipped, ready to move in and 100 meters from the beach. It has an elevator and it leaves you inside the apartment where you find a nice and comfortable living area with a very large double sofa bed, a dining table for four persons and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. There is a bedroom with two singles beds (if desired you can be double bed) and a full bathroom with a large shower. AMENITIES: Lift, balcony, wooden floor, TV, washer, iron and ironing board, oven, conditioned air and heating, Micro-wave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots and all necessary equipment for cooking. Towels, blankets and bed linens are provided. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The Subway (L4, yellow line, Barceloneta station) is to 5 minutes walking and the bus stop is to 50 meters. If you decide to send it, I will not accept it). -SHORT TERM RENTAL CONTRACT: When you book the apartment we require the name, surname, home address, nationality and the passport´s photocopies of the guests who will be staying at the apartment and I will do a rental contract without extra fee. -HOUSE RULES: Only the people mentioned in the rental contract can use the apartment. Guests (friends, family, etc.) are not allowed in the apartment. You cannot have parties or meetings, or do any commercial activity. Pets are not allowed. After 22h you cannot make noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors. -PAYMENT SUPPLIES CONSUMPTION: The consumption of water, electricity and internet are not included in the rental price. When you arrive at the apartment you will have to pay a deposit on account of the consumption that you will make during the period of your stay. The deposit varies according to the duration of your stay. At the end of your stay, if there is a difference in your favor, it will be returned to you. The following rates will apply: Cost of water: 40€/month. Cost of electricity: 0,30€ kilowatt/hour. Internet cost: 35€/month. -CLEANING PAYMENT: You must keep the apartment in good order and clean condition. It is mandatory to do a thorough cleaning every 10 days. Each cleaning includes cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, sweeping, scrubbing and the cost is 40€. -ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION RATE: There is an electricity consumption meter inside the building. The counter has three readings, 1.18.1, 1.18.2, and 1.18.3. The sum of the three readings provides the total kilowatts of electricity consumed. You will have to pay a deposit in cash when you arrive at the apartment. It is a payment on account of the electricity consumption to be made. The difference will be returned at the end of the lease.
