An apartment in the center of St. Petersburg

The very center of the city. 10 minutes walk from Moskovsky railway station. The main attractions of the city are within a walking distance: Kazan Cathedral, Savior on Blood, Sheremetev Palace. At night you can watch the raising of the bridges, the nearest one is a 10-minute walk away. Despite the hustle and bustle of the big city, the house is located on a quiet street. Nothing will disturb you. The apartment is small, but there are 2 cozy rooms. Good for a couple with a child. New furniture. The space This is a separate apartment, not a room in a communal apartment converted into an apartment. The area of the apartment is 30 sq.m. The renovation was completed in June 2020. Sleeps three. The large room has a double sofa bed, and the small room has a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking: pots, pans, dishes, gas stove with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster. The street is quiet and the courtyard is quiet too. Please note that the shower cubicle is in the kitchen. The shower cabin glass is frosted, there are blinds on the kitchen windows. The dining table is in the large room. There is a Dixy grocery store in the next building, where you can buy everything you need at an affordable price. In case of hot water shutdown, a boiler is installed in the apartment. If you are driving, please let us know in advance. Our yard is closed with a barrier and I will give you the remote control for it. Guest access Clean linen, necessary number of towels, soap, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, washing machine, shower gel, hairdryer, tea and coffee. There is a heater, but the apartment is warm enough in winter and cool in summer. The meter-thick walls of the old building are a saving grace. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 1pm to midnight. Earlier or later check-in is possible by prior arrangement. Please make a request before booking by sending a message. If your arrival time does not coincide with the check-in time, you can always leave your belongings with my assistant in the same house.
