A traditional house with a lovely modern conservatory with fabulous views over the forestry in the Camel Valley.Perfect for exploring both coasts of Cornwall and cycling .Peaceful and cosy . Known as the Heart House as the builders who built it over a century ago built a heart shaped stone into the wall by the back door, to signify a special place and it certainly is. The space Cosy warm log burners in the downstairs rooms. Outside there is a table and chairs on a raised area behind the cottage and this is a perfect spot to take breakfast and enjoy the morning sun coming up over the woods. If the weather is inclement, the large table and chairs in the sun room offers a great spot to breakfast in the early morning sunshine. The sofa in this room provides a quite space for reflection if required. The front patio is superb for enjoying the sun from late morning to sundown. There are a range of loungers, chairs and tables . A barbecue and fire pit is also provided. A great place to sit and listen to the birds as you enjoy a gin and tonic. Guest access Parking for 2 cars. Lots of walks and close to the Camel trail for cycling . Other things to note Sorry no dogs which is sad , but due to previous guests not following the rules.
