This small house, labeled 2* furnished tourist accommodation, will gladly welcome guests looking for calm but above all proximity to beaches and shops. The house is made for 4 guests, especially for families (bunk beds, children's games). The environment of this secure residence will delight guests looking for tranquility. If you want to discover the Charente Maritime and its charms, welcome to our home! The space The house is located in a secure residence and has a terrace and private parking in front of the house. On the terrace (south facing), you will find something to enjoy the outdoors: table and chairs, umbrella, electric plancha. It has a large living room with a sofa bed (convertible into a 140 cm bed) and a cabin bedroom equipped with bunk beds – 2 beds of 90 cm. If necessary, an additional pull-out bed (90) is available. A baby crib can be provided on request. PLEASE NOTE: bed linen is not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer.
