Villa ELMA - 200m from the Beach - Cala Caterina

Modern and comfortable villa, located 200m from the beautiful Cala Caterina beach in Villasimius. We renovated in 2018 our family house of 100m2, with a terrace facing south west, in the pines. Our house is full of sweetness and we would be very happy to receive you to discover the South of Sardinia. Do not hesitate to ask us for an advice! The space The house is fully air-conditioned (living room and three bedrooms). Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, bedroom (2 single beds) and shower room with WC. Upstairs, master bedroom, and a bedroom with 1 single bed or double bed, shower room with WC. We have a lovely outdoor shower (with hot water) for when you come back from the beach! The terrace is perfect from breakfast to dinner!
