Chez Fratellini, with parking & the Circus History

A deluxe apartment in a period villa a few steps from the city center, with private parking and a lush garden shared with few neighbors. This airy, recently renovated space is tastefully furnished with artwork and memorabilia from the Fratellini family, renowned circus performers of the last century. It is managed by Christian, an experienced host & heir to the Fratellini family, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design. The space The flat is at the 1st floor of a villa from the 1920s, located at the end of a private street guaranteeing quiet and silence, despite the proximity to the lively city centre. The refurbishments made in 2018 and 2021 enhanced its peculiarities, first of all the triangular veranda with an entirely glazed wall, where the dining table and the reading corner are located. The roomy kitchen facing the living room is fully furnished and equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A tumble dryer is located in the bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (180cm) and a capacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a standard size bed (160cm), a wardrobe, a writing desk and two windows that make it really bright. Last but not least, a car place reserved to guests is located in the villa's backyard. Guest access Guests can enjoy all rooms. You can read our books and listen to our music, prepare meals in the kitchen and use the washing machine: we want you to feel like home! Other things to note Our guests are always welcome. We only ask to respect our privacy, using only the drawers and cabinets dedicated to you, and take care of the space, especially the wooden floor, as if it were your home.
