N) SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: By booking our apartments, you are also helping stray cats & dogs. We use 5% of our revenue to feed and aid them. Guest access It is entire apartment. Other things to note GENERAL NOTIFICATION Please be informed that, not only in our apartments, but also in any other apartment in Istanbul (Or any city with same climate in the world), these are same. But i would like to add these in order to be 100% transparent. We have 24 hours staff and we also have our own technical team. And we care our apartments in high levels and always solve the problems when it occurs. Some problems (Like government outages) are not in our hands but we always do our best to minimize the effects with huge efforts. * In Turkey, sometimes there may be energy or water outages by the government which effects the local or whole districts. We dont have any control over this sitautions since it is from government. Our buildings do not have extra water storage depot and extra energy generator. (If it happens, we call the government companies to make pressure on them to finish more quickly) * We have the highest possible (That the street lines permit) wifi speed in our buildings. Sometimes, when the Government Internet Provider makes renovation or repair in the cables and lines, sometimes the wifi can be off or the speed might be lower. (If it happens, you can come to our office 24 hours or cafe until 6pm to use our other wifi conncetions. At the same time, we call the government companies to make pressure on them to finish more quickly) * Istanbul is a big city near big seas (Black sea and Marmara sea and Bosporus). And this brings a general humidity in the city that you can feel hot or cold more than it is, when you are outside. Our guests whose hometown is near big seas are familiar with this i am sure, but if your hometown is far from sea, it may be a new experience for you. * (99% you will not face this, but 1% is still risk, so we have to mention) In Istanbul we dont experience heavy snow or rain much. But sometimes it rains or snows very heavy, and buildings in the city can be effected from this rain and snows by some leakings from roofs or surfaces. And after that, the apartment ceilings and walls can be effected and have humids or some molds and may look not good and there may be some odor accordingly (In anywhere in the world, same). We have strong and well isolated roofs but sometimes the unexpected heavy weather conditions can damage some parts of the roof. If the weather conditions are still not good, we may not work on the roof since it will be slippery. Or sometimes we need to wait for the walls to get dry before fixing them. If your apartment has the same problem when you checkin, you can be 100% sure that we are aware of this problem, and waiting for walls to get dry. But if it happens some days after your checkin, please inform us, and we will do our best to fix the problems as much as we can. Please know this before booking us and also any other apartment in Istanbul. If you are very sensitive about this issue (Possible ceiling or wall or odor problems mentioned above), we suggest you to book an apartment in another district of Istanbul which is far from seaside. * We welcome guests from many cultures and countries. Some countries like cooking with different spices. And sometimes our guests cook final lunch before checkout. (High smell spices or fish). We refresh the air while doing cleaning, but sometimes very less cook smell from previous guests can be feel lightly some more hours. We please our guests not to cook high smell spicy foods or fishes before checking out:) * According to Turkish laws, our guests should present Passport of all guests staying and visiting inside the apartments. (We need to register all our guests to government system) * Hopefully not, but incase of any problem in our internal facilities or electronics (Energy, water, gas, wifi, and also combi boilers, air conditions, other electronics - if there is any your apartment) we have a technical staff and we do our best to solve it as quick as we can. We please your understanding that sometimes we fix them in 1 minute but sometimes it takes a few hours. And if these problems happens at midnight, sometimes we need to wait for morning to find a proper specialist technician. * Please see "Health and Security" section to see on which floor our apartment is, and if there is elevator or only stairs. We write all informations transparently * We are renewing the bathroom and kitchen silicones frequently. But sometimes, because of the usage of the previous guests or because of the time, silicone can have some black marks. When we notice, we renew the silicones directly. But if me miss this, and if you see this, please inform us and we will renew the silicone for you. * We have pest control in our apartments frequently with no harm to human. If you have any problem during your stay about insects, please dont worry, because it is 100% entered from window since they cant live inside the apartment after pest controls. Incase of this, you can inform us, and we have instant pest controls too. (In Istanbul, we dont see insects much since it is big city and not too much green places) * We have all amenities in the apartment that we listed 100% accurately. Sometimes, our previous guests may take some items by mistake while packing their belongings in rush. And sometimes we can not notice the missing item when we are trying to finish the apartment cleaning until 14:00. If you dont see any item that is listed in our amenities but not in the apartment in real, please inform us, we will provide as early as possible. * After the completion of reservations, i send my guests 2 numbers. My own number and also our reception number. I always answer messages and calls as long as i am awake. But if i can not answer your calls, please contact with our 24 hours open reception mobile if it is urgent issue.
