We provide fish food for the minnows in the creek, right outside your door. Enjoy your private fire pit with Smores we provide, while listening to the water trickle over the rocks! We offer access to a great tree house tucked up on the wooded hillside as long as they are well supervised because of possible snakes and slippery rocks crossing the bridge over the stream. Guest access You will have access to the entire basement apartment with a keyless entry, separated backyard space, with a fire pit. We also have a circular driveway, and the entire lower end is for your parking needs, which is at the apartment entrance for easy access. Walkways are completely lit up at night. Other things to note Our basement apartment is in a very quiet family neighborhood, a great place to relax, take walks, not far from downtown, or the lake! I have a basket with several Columbia Magazines, plus things to do in Columbia brochures. This is not a party house, its a place to relax for families.
