Private 1BR in Avondale neighborhood of Chicago. Right off the Expressway, it's 20 mins from O'Hare, 20 mins from Downtown (both by Blue Line) 20 mins from Wrigley Field (bus). Comfortable and spacious attic apartment in a residential area. Lots of street parking. The space Comfortable 1 bedroom attic apartment with slanted ceilings and skylights. Front room receives a lot of natural light, especially in the afternoons. Bedroom has a blackout shade if you'd like to keep it dark, but still receives a decent amount of light. There is a fold out sofa in the living room for an additional guest. Kitchen area contains a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Guest access Guests will have access to the front stairwell and to the one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. Keyless entry for main building door and apartment front door. Checkout will be FIRM at 11:00am, but if you would like to keep your bags in the secured stairwell and retrieve them later, that is generally ok. In that case, we will leave your code on the main door active until you retrieve your bags. Other things to note While we do have a kitchen area in the apartment, guests will only have use of a toaster oven & microwave. The stove/oven is not available for use ***The stove and oven are *not* available for use.*** There is also a refrigerator and a coffee maker for guest use.
