Welcome to Coastal Cabana! This centrally located beach house is exactly 0.1 miles from the nearest public beach access and 0.5 miles from The Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. The space - Main unit of duplex. Private 3 Bed / 2 Bath with covered front porch and beautiful view of the sound. Please note there is a completely separate unit above this one with it's own private entrance at the back, this unit is another rental with a maximum occupancy of two people. We do not allow pets in this top unit. - Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer. - Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee pot, french press, and bakeware. - Bed linens and bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea. - Beach chairs and towels available for guest use. - WIFI throughout whole house with Orbi boosters and FireStick equipped TV's in all three bedrooms and main living room (Disney+, ESPN+, & Hulu provided) - Pack ‘N’ Play and high chair included upon request. - Pet friendly. Two pet limit, one time $125 pet fee. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Backyard is not fenced. - Enjoy the view of Myrtle Grove Sound from the front porch while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Activities within walking distance: - Beach, surfing, kayaking, fishing charters, boardwalk fun, restaurants, shopping, and nationally ranked Britt's Donut Shop!!! - 10 min drive to Fort Fisher and NC Aquarium. - 25 min drive to downtown Wilmington. - 35 min drive to Wilmington International Airport. Parking: - 2-4 spaces available depending on vehicle size to the left of stairway. Guest access - Private access to entire 2nd level (3 bed/2 bath) - Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (depending on size) to the left of entry stairway. - Entry through front and back door.
