My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). You have found the perfect retreat for hunters, writers, honeymooners, meditation time, or just to enjoy the wide open spaces in West Texas with the stunning sunrises and sunsets and star gazing! This is true West Texas farming and ranching. . The space You have found THE place for serenity and an escape into country setting with spectacular sunrises and sunsets and great wildlife. Guest access You will be guests in a private cabin and will have a 2 acre fenced area to enjoy. We have 4 rv hooks on the site, and unless there is an rv guest, you will have the place to yourself. There is a covered carport and a picnic table and a barbecue grill. You can enjoy the screened porch as a place to watch birds and wildlife, including deer. Other things to note We are a very active retired couple, computer security guy/and professional driver and a professor, who love this land where my grandparents homesteaded in 1900. We love to share this true West Texas country with family. friends, and guests. NOTE: beds are" ONE top and bottom bunk bed (rated for adult weight) and One bottom bunk bed. - one top bunk has been taken off-line for use. there is also a futon that is appx full size when extended. .SLEEPS total of 4 as described above .Part of an opt 3 building package for family reunions. Hot tub- seasonal- available by arrangement BUT a short drive up at the home owners... and shared with other Airbnb guests
