I am the owner of this apartment (it is an important detail as many other apartments on Airbnb are sublets or agencies). I have lived there for two years. Walking distance to Champs-Elysees and place de l'Etoile (about 10mn). The area is living during the day with shoppings on rue de courcelles but rather quiet at night, restaurants on place des Ternes (5mn walk). Very safe.
