This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, laundry area, driveway parking, and outdoor amenities. The home uses self check-in for a smooth arrival process, allowing guests to check in anytime after the designated check-in time. Detailed check-in instructions and access information will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that the garage may be unavailable or partially restricted depending on maintenance or owner storage needs. No shared spaces — the property is exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Please treat the home and neighborhood with respect during your stay. Quiet hours may apply in the evening to help maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors. The pool is not fenced, so children should always be supervised outdoors. Swimming is at guests’ own risk. No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. For safety and property security, the home has exterior security cameras located at the front entrance/driveway and mounted high on the exterior backyard area for general property monitoring. Cameras are outward-facing and used only for security, occupancy verification, and monitoring the property when vacant. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private indoor spaces. San Antonio weather can change quickly, and pool temperatures may vary seasonally. Regular pool maintenance may occasionally occur during your stay, but maintenance crews will only access outdoor areas if needed.
