This ranchette is situated on 1.25 acres close to the cowboy town of Cave Creek and just minutes from world class shopping and old town Scottsdale The space This lovely private room with private bath is located on a 1.25 acre Ranchette that can accommodate your horses, and your dog, but feel free to visit without your animals and enjoy the large yard, patios with comfy seating and string lights and a BBQ should you feel like cooking. Other things to note This is a private bedroom and private bathroom in our home. There is shared access to the yard, but not to the main house. The private bedroom has a microwave, mini-fridge with freezer and BBQ. Horses and pets are welcome for and additional charge. Horses are $15/horse/day and $5/dog/day (no charge if you are paying for horses.
