The townhouse is situated centrally in southport. Very easy to get around from this area alot of public transport around 2 tram stops near by within 500 mtrs There is a mcdonalds, sushi train, hungry jacks , coffee shop and ramen all within walking distance. I have 2 dogs but they live in the garage seperate from the house. Beach is about 10 min drive away. Breakfast included eg. Milk, bread, cereal, coffee, green tea. I can also assist with lifts to bush walks etc if needed. House has fast unlimited nbn internet and netflix. The space Townhouse situated in southport. There is 3 rooms to rent. This booking is for 1 room. Price is for 1 person extra guest is a extra 15 a night. Please note there will be other guests staying. Sorry there is no air con. I have lived here for 16 years so the house has some wear and tear. There is a take away shop newly opened just around the corner which has fish and chips burgers and Vietnamese food.
