REQUIREMENTS Signed rental agreement including names of guests plus a photo ID, and credit card with same name as the booking name are required within 48 hours to complete your reservation, and for entry to the property. You will receive an AirBnB message with a link to provide this information. One dog is approved IF it is 40lbs or less and on flea/tick preventative. An additional pet deposit of $100 is required and the dog must be crated when guests are not in the house. Any undisclosed pets shall be a violation of the rules and subject to immediate nonrefundable dismissal. Please be sure to include your desire to bring a pet with your reservation request.
