Jardines de Murillo Suites - Murillo

The Suites “Jardines de Murillo” are nearby the heart of Seville at 800 meters from the Cathedral opposite to the Santa Cruz neighborhood, gardens of Murillo at the beginning of the wall of the Alcázar. From November 1st to February 20th 2025 the pool will be closed and the water will be heavily treated. Swimming is not permitted. The space The Suites “Jardines de Murillo” are nearby the heart of Seville at 800 meters from the Cathedral opposite to the Santa Cruz neighborhood, gardens of Murillo at the beginning of the wall of the Alcázar. This building has a completely new roof terrace with NO heated pool, shower, sun beds and views on the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Pool is shared with other apartments From November 1st to February 20th 2025 the pool will be closed and the water will be heavily treated. Swimming is not permitted. This building has 4 apartments, one per floor, has been completely rebuilt and refurbished in spring 2018. The 4 apartments have airco, heating, elevator, free Wifi, multi-media TV, a safe and reinforced front-doors. The apartments are eco-friendly, have led lightning and a heat-recovery-system. Each apartment fits up to 8 people. Each of the four apartments are different, stylishly designed with modern furniture and an antique details. The brick walls from the 19th century have been largely maintained. Each bed- and bathroom has outside windows with lots of sunlight. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with sufficient room for storage and 2 bathrooms with circular rainfall shower, sink, WC and hairdryer. One of the bedrooms has 2 separate beds and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 beds which can be easily converted into 2 bunk beds. The Murillo apartment has a double size bed in one of the bedrooms. We will arrange sheets, duvets and enough towels. The living room has a sofabed for 2 persons and a dinner table. The kitchen is equipped with new ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. The apartments are within a 15 minute drive from the airport and 5 minutes away from the Santa Justa train station. It’s an ideal place for running and cycling. A special cycling path starts at the Murillo gardens, leads to Plaza España and the María Luisa park through to the boulevard alongside the Guadalquivir river. Restaurants and bars are also nearby although the street is very quiet. We speak English, French, Italian and Spanish and are available for any ancillary services from and to the airport and to help you get around in Seville.
