Kitchen has full size refrig/freezer, microwave, Oster oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, hot water electric kettle, griddle & waffle maker. Dishes, tableware, serving trays, cooking utensils, spices and cooking basics provided along with breakfast foods and beverages. Bay window dining area, large windows in living room with fitness equipment, game table, and lots of board games and outdoor games available. Outside deck looks out over the backyard and mountains. Outdoor table & chairs, infrared gas grill, propane heaters, bar w/ stools and hot tub. Mtn view. The 2 twin beds can be combined with a ‘kit’ to make up with linen as a King size bed. Queen size air mattress with electric pump available for use in the living room. We provide an abundance of cotton towels, robes and spa sandals. Graco Pack ‘n Play with full size bassinet, detachable diaper changing station and newborn nappe, infant/toddler bath seats, baby monitor, changing pad, booster seat with straps and tray, floor potty, step stool. Just let us know which items you need available. The full size grill on the deck is for your use only to cook a meal. Place rinsed dirty dishes in bins. Send us a message and we will pick up & wash the dishes for you and return to you! The only dishwasher is upstairs on the main floor of the home where we live. Several outdoor sitting areas along with hammock and 2 person swing in front yard that you are welcome to use. Private Indoor Dry sauna. WiFi with 55” flat screen Samsung Smart TV in the living room area for streaming Prime, Netflix, etc. Other things to note We thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces, dishes, linen and furniture. Please be respectful of our home. If you have a pet you plan to bring, please send an inquiry to discuss. Pet must be treated for fleas, well trained, not left alone in apartment and leashed outside. A non- refundable fee is required based on size, number and previous reviews. We know accidents happen but please just notify us if a repair is needed, a spill occurs that requires assistance to clean up, or an item breaks and needs to be replaced.
