The self contained modern studio apartment, is attached to our home and has two separate entrances and it's own parking bay. Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. A complimentary breakfast for the first morning is included to all our cherished guests. A 7kw EV charger is available on premises, please discuss the use of it with Karin. The space The Studio has views through the gum tree forest to the ocean. The double glazed windows keep the cold out and the warmth in, making it a cosy place for the cooler summers in Tasmania. All around the Studio is very private, the sunny court-yard has views into the bush. The birdbath in the court yard attracts all sorts of local Tasmanian Birds for you to watch. Go for a night walk with a torch to see the nocturnal bush animals like Possum, Bandicoot and Wallabies. In the Studio you will have complimentary coffee, tea and the basics for cooking. Your complimentary breakfast will include Karin's organic sourdough bread, fresh eggs from our happy chickens, butter, milk, homemade jam, local honey and organic muesli. Guest access You have a dedicated car park in front of the studio with easy access to the front entrance. A sliding back door gives you access to the private court yard with outdoor chairs and table overlooking the busy birdbath and bush views over the Derwent river. There is a public tennis court across the road. We have tennis rackets and balls for you in the Studio . Tinderbox Beach is an easy walk and gives you views over Bruny Island, the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, historical houses and the Tinderbox Vineyard. Piersons Point Park is worth exploring for the views to the Iron Pot Lighthouse, Storm Bay and Bruny Island.
