The apartment features an open area with living room, dining area and kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor our guests will find a mezannine/sleeping and dressing area, a second bedroom and a bathroom. A/C (heat and cold) is available throughout the space, situated on a charming street in Bairro Alto The space 'I Loft Lisbon' has been lovingly restored - a well-appointed contemporary loft carved into a historic building that was decorated by Architect, Mario Gomes. Boasting modern accents and thought provoking works of art, the loft also has many traditional and rustic touches that create a blend of trendy coziness. Guest access 'I loft Lisbon' is situated on a charming street within Barrio Alto, just a few minutes from amenities such as groceries, laundry and cafes and restaurants, it offers great light and advantageous street views. The Loft also lies within easy access to: • Other Trendy Sites – such as, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Alfama; • 5 minutes from Principe Real – the artistic pulse of Lisboa; • Major iconic historical and touristic sites, including the breathtaking Miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara; • Beautiful Parks, Bike paths and enchanting River front vistas; • 20 minutes from the airport, by taxi; • 10 minutes walking to the Metro and Tram stops; • 15 minutes walking to Boat and Train Stations as you navigate your next Portuguese adventure to Algarve, Belém, or Estoril. The loft also has speed wifi internet, a dish washer, washing machine, flat tv, other brand new state of the art appliances, funiture, fixtures and fittings. Other things to note Check-in policy: In the day and hour of your arrival someone will be at the apartment to make your check in and explain everything you need to know, as well as to give some advice about your stay. The check in can be scheduled after 3pm or earlier in case the apartment is available. The check in occur, normally, after 3pm and until 21pm. Check in after 9pm is possible with the payment of a 50€ euros fee. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival to the person who meets you for check check in. Check in after midnight has a 60€ fee and is always subject to confirmation. On the 24th and 31st of December the check-in schedule is between 15h and 18h. During check-in, according to the Portuguese law, all guests must present their identification documents and fill out a check-in form with identification information such as full name, address, nationality and date and place of birth. The data of non Portuguese nationality guest will be, according to the Portuguese law, reported to the Foreigners and Borders Service.
