Cozy Lake Front Cottage

Spoiled Cat Cottage is on Balsam Lake in the town of Coboconk Ontario. Conveniently located on the Trent Severn Waterway. swimming, canoeing, and fishing await. Within walking distance is the famous Smokin Patty House, grocery, hardware and liquor store. The space Spoiled Cat Cottage is on Balsam Lake, in the Town of Coboconk. It sleeps 5 and has a main house with a bunkie. The house has gas fireplace, tv with dvd, library, stove, fridge, freezer, micro wave, full size washer and dryer. Upstairs is the main bedroom with four poster bed, and full 4 peice bathroom with a balcony. There is a single day bed off of the living room. The Bunkie has a double bed and is heated by a space heater. Guest access The entire cottage and Bunkie is available for guests with the exception of the closet in the lower bathroom. Other things to note The swimming is usually very warm in Balsam Lake. There is a 3 step rock front into the water with a sandy bottom and there is a slight current which keeps the water fresh and clean. A canoe is available to explore the lake and surrounding rivers, but you must bring your own life jackets. There is a 10 ft dock you can fish from. The cottage is winterized and is close to snowmobile trails in winter. The Bunkie is heated by a space heater.
