The space The one-bedroom apartment is composed of: -Comfortable living room with extendible table and 6 foldable chairs, french queen size sofa-bed, cupboard, television, two extra beds (foldable) for children; -kitchenette with induction, sink, medium fridge (130 lt) with small freezer compartment, small oven, microwave, cutlery, electric kettle, coffee machine for Lavazza capsules; -Balcony with small table to eat outside, 2 foldable outdoor chairs -Bedroom with queen size bed (170 cm), memory foam mattress, 2 closets with drawers, night tables, windows with view. -Small bathroom with windows (interior), shower, washing machine and french bidet, electric water heating -renovated floor in 2025 for living room and entrance Guest access Parking available in the free parkings of the residential complex, in front of the apartment Other things to note Basic Services: Upon arrival, linen and towels are included. They will not be changed during the course of the stay. If Guests need a change of linen and towel during their stay, they can request it to our local Assistant. The cost for the laundry service is 5 Euro per person (1 change of 1 set of linen and towel). Soap and Toilet paper: provided at arrival, during the stay they will be at Guests' responsibility. Pans are available for cooking. Salt, pepper and oil: provided at arrival, during the stay they will be at Guests' responsibility. We can offer a "camping" foldable crib for babies. There is no air conditioning but the apartment is provided with 2 standing fans. For winter months, there heating with infrared radiant panels, situated in the bedroom, living room and bathroom.
