Enjoy the Roof Top with its terrace equipped with a bench sheltered by shade sails, a TV with satellite channels, a barbecue and a private pool of 5 meters by 3 meters and a depth of 1.50 m On the ground floor, the interior space has: - A large open room with a lounge area and a fitted kitchen. - A master suite with its dressing room and fully glazed shower room. - A second bedroom with king size bed - A second shower room with toilet. The apartment is equipped with a fiber connection, the living room as well as the terrace are equipped with TV with IPTV application with international channels. Both bedrooms also have TVs with YouTube and Netflix apps (for Netflix you need to log into your personal account) Guest access The terrace and pool belong to the apartment and are therefore fully privatized for you, you can access it from a staircase in the living room. Other things to note A private driver can pick you up from the airport for an additional 150 Dhirams. For Moroccan residents, a marriage certificate is required and will be requested by security to stay in the apartment. If you have guests, you need to ask me. Guests will be required to present ID at reception.
