'La Finquita' - Our little farm at the beach

3 bedroom 1940's home with a 2017 extension offering new kitchen, living, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. It has a lovely deck attached to the northern side with an outdoor lounge setting. Large grassed dog friendly back yard with fruit trees, veggie garden and chickens available to guests when in season. A 5 minute walk to Brighton Beach or Jetty rd which has Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs and specialty shops. A 2 minute walk from train station to city and supermarket. 5 km south of Glenelg. The space We don't have a TV. We like it that way but understand it's not for everyone. Live streaming of most games, shows and movies is available by using our high speed wifi. We are also more than happy for people to utilise whatever may be in season at the time in the garden. There is always FRESH EGGS!!! Jan and Feb usually provide lots of Nectarines and Figs and generally there is always something in the Veggie garden with Tomatoes, Herbs, Leafy greens, Corn and Zucchinis around. There is a 5 ft aquarium which apart from requiring a little water and a daily feed provides a great relaxing substitute for a TV.
