New Athos Private Sector

The private sector is located at the exit from the city of New Athos, if you go towards Sukhum, a 5-minute drive from the railway station and the market of New Athos. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the main seaside track and public transport. The place is quiet and peaceful. The orchard grows around the house. The hosts of the house offer accommodation in 2 and 3, and 4-bed rooms with an economical environment. 7 rooms (out of 7 in the house) are rented on the 2nd floor. The space The house is located in the city 150 meters from the sea (4 - 5 minutes walk). To the city center, to the border, to Sukhum and to Gagra there is public transport: every 15 minutes there are minibuses, every half hour there are new shuttle buses. there are also buses Krasnodar/Psou/Rostov/Nalchik Sukhum in the morning. The private sector includes: a two-story stone house with a spacious courtyard and a canopy, under which a summer kitchen is organized, there is a long table and chairs, amenities close to the house. The orchard grows around the house. In the chilly season, there is an indoor kitchen. Near the private house there is a mini hotel "Ruchey", a boarding house "Mandarin", the private sector next door is not crowded, there are few vacationers on the beach even during the high season. You can get to the city center of New Athos by minibuses or buses, the stop is located 5 minutes walk from the private house. Private occupancy: The hosts of the house offer accommodation in 2 and 3, and 4-bed rooms with an economical environment. For rent 7 rooms (out of 7 in the house) on the second floor (5 rooms 2-bed, 1 room for 3-meter accommodation and 4-bed room ,which has its own balcony overlooking the sea). Bed linen will be changed will be made once a week. The maximum occupancy rate of the house is 17 people. The water supply is UNINTERRUPTED. Water storage tank is installed. For the guests of the private house there are: • Two toilets near the house, • Two hot showers near the house, • Washbasin near the house • Summer kitchen under the canopy (there are all necessary for cooking and storing food, it is cooked during the hot months of the year), the summer kitchen is lined with bamboo, • Indoor kitchen on the ground floor of the house (there is everything you need for cooking and storing food, it is cooked in the cooler months of the year), • Furniture of rooms: drawers, mirror, in some - coffee tables, hold, • Beds in each room are single beds (the layout allows you to move and expand them), • The house has a spacious yard, where you can sit in the evening, there is a place for parking a car, • You can cook yourself, or visit the cafes that are located in the area • Homemade products (milk, eggs, cheese, wine, chacha) are provided at low prices. The place where it is located is very quiet and calm. There are no discos nearby, there are 4 small shops. You can buy local SIM cards and payment cards from stores. Tourists with children will love it here – clean sea and air, as well as eucalyptus trees growing along the coast, strengthen health. Hosts provide natural homemade products at low prices: milk, cheese, eggs. Also, the place where the house is located will appeal to those people who want to relax from the noise and running of the big city.
