It’s in a 4th floor placed in a typical century building (without elevator) in Portas do Sol. It is a Studio with a bedroom, kitchen/leisure área and bathroom. The kitchen has a leisure area and a dining area - It is decorated with modern furniture, sofa, dining/working table and has one window with a view over the street. The sleeping area is cozy and includes a double-bed (1.6 X 2.1 m). The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances: fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, water heater and fire extinguisher. Additionally it has some useful utensils such as toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower column, toilet, washbasin with mirror, electric towels dryer, and a cabinet.
