It is new build Residential Complex "Severnaya Dolina". It has good size well equipped separate kitchen, spacious shower room and walk in wardrobe. 160cm sofa and 115cm sofa in the kitchen. Nearest subway station is Parnas 15min walk or 3min by bus. By subway it takes 25mins to Nevsky prospect. Food stores 5min. WIFI, free parking. The space Next to the hisrorical Shuvalovsky park (you can jogging). Guest access A kitchen of 13 sq.m., room of 14 sq.m., combined bathroom, dressing room, hallway, loggia to the room. Other things to note The penalty for the loss of 1 set of keys is 1500 rubles. Late check-in after 22.00 is possible only by prior arrangement, paid additionally at the time of check-in.
