The stylish, very spacious apartment of 130 m² is located in the Acropolis area with two balconies -one overlooking a green courtyard- and a large private rooftop terrace with fantastic views of the Acropolis, Philopappou Hill, Lycabettus Hill and the Hymettus mountain. The space The apartment can accommodate couples as well as business travelers. It is on the first floor of a family owned house. It is ideal for long-term stays in Athens (for which we offer reduced prices), as it is spacious and fully equipped with a natural gas autonomy system for heating. You will be welcomed and introduced to the apartment by the hosts. 1. LIVING ROOM: The stylish, bright and spacious living room features • a fireplace, • TV, • stereo, • a work place, • original artworks and • a dining room for 8 people. 2. SECOND LIVING ROOM: The second living room has a sofa. 3. KITCHEN: In the large and fully equipped kitchen you will find (among all other essentials) • a fridge, • a cooker, • a microwave, • a dishwasher, • a coffee maker and • a boiler. Feel free to use the quality coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, fruits etc... provided to prepare your breakfast and cook lunch or meal for you or your family! 4. BALCONIES: From the kitchen you come out to one of the two balconies, where you can enjoy your breakfast, coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the lovely courtyard with a small, green garden. You have also the option of the sunny frontside balcony. 5. BEDROOM: On this balcony you can also come out from the quiet and pleasant bedroom. Here you will find • a queen size bed, • air conditioning and • a very large closet. Available are also • an iron with ironing board, • a hair dryer, • high quality linen, • towels and other essentials. The bedroom is located on the back side of the house. There is a window and a balcony door, both with window rolls that can provide you with plenty of darkness in the night. 6. ROOFTOP TERRACE: To the large rooftop terrace (over the second floor) leads the outdoor spiral staircase. Here you can enjoy private moments of relaxation with a glass of wine and with magnificent views of the Acropolis, Philopappou Hill, Lycabettus Hill and the mount Hymettus. Guest access Feel free to use the large rooftop terrace, that will remain absolutely in your PRIVATE use during your stay! There are 6+19 wide stairs to enter the flat. To come to our place from the Athens International Airport you can use : 1) the metro Line 3 (sky blue line): after 15 stops directly to Syntagma station, where you take Line 2 (Red Line) to Syggrou-Fix station, only a five-minute walk to the apartment.
