Lovely large private room with a queen bed. Your own en-suite with a bath built for two and shower above bath.A separate toilet. There is a TV with Netflix and a fridge and breakfast making facilities including toaster, and kettle. For breakfast we provide bread with 3 spreads, choice of cereals tea, coffee and bottle of filtered water from our fridge. We have a small dog Leroy who will greet you when you arrive but is very friendly. You have the use of a heated indoor swimming pool The space This is the master bedroom in the house and is quiet and cool on those hot summer days. We have supplied a fan and a heater if needed. The window of this room looks onto the orchard and has a table and chairs where you can have breakfast. We are 5 mins from the lake front. You can use our indoor swimming pool and outdoor eating area. Guest access Guest access is through the front door and down short corridor. Access to pool and garden. During your stay Most of the time I will be on site but there will be times when I will be in Dunedin and a phone call away. I enjoy meeting people and make them feel at home in my house Other things to note We have a wee dog called Leroy who is very friendly especially if you pat him.
