Derby City Spacious Ranch

Beautifully decorated spacious ranch in the heart of Louisville, less than a five minute drive to the mall and a quick 15 minute drive to Churchill Downs, downtown and the popular Bardstown rd. full of dining and bars. The space The ranch has three bedrooms and two large living spaces both on the first floor and in the basement. We can also add an air mattress, allowing two more people to sleep in the basement if needed. Parking is available in the single attached garage, in the driveway and on the street. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding only the unfinished portion of the basement. Other things to note Please make yourself at home, but treat the space with respect. Please, no smoking inside - you're welcome to smoke in the backyard if needed. No loud outdoor / backyard use after 10 pm.
