You'll love this place! Located downstairs , this studio apartment has its own semi-private entrance and kitchenette. Bright and spacious, it’s 40 minutes from some of the best ski resorts in the world, too! Book for 5 days, or a few weeks, and come and enjoy all of what UTAH has to offer. It's an easy five-minute walk to banking, post office and a grocery store, plus a park. In summer the same canyons have some of the most scenic hikes! We're 40 mins away from Park City The space Very bright cheerful place. Quiet culdesac, with a large trees. Note: The private bathroom is accessed through a shared space. The space is not entirely soundproofed. Every effort will be made to keep your stay as quiet as possible. We live upstairs, and are usually in bed at 1130 PM, so we can all get a good nights sleep. As of August, 2020, its been freshly painted, too! We restore old SAABs, so the garage is often messy , but the room is slick and lovely, to use an Australian term. Guest access You'll be given a pin number to enter through the garage. During your stay I'm available by phone. Or text. If you like just come up and chat. Other things to note This location is host to two of the most beautiful canyons (Big and little cottonwood canyons) in the world, rising up to 12000 feet in some places. we are no more than 50 minutes from Snowbird, Alta, solitude and Brighton ski resorts.A Starbucks is 3 mins away, as well as Big Bear Diner, and Cafe Rio. Lehi, and Draper (20 mins drive away) are what is known as the Silicon slopes, employing 1000s of high tech workers. Draper also has one of the best aquariums around! We have three cats , two dogs, and chickens on a quite culdesac block. I include a office desk, and chair for those who are working remotely.,
