The annex is close to Dewata,Magalle surfing beach,and close to the Unawatuna beach with great views, restaurants and dining, the city center. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the comfy bed, the light, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space A spacious room with two single beds and modern bathroom. For guest convenience there is a separate kitchen area as well. Right next door is a cafe and bakery that guests can pop in for a quick meal. The beach is just right outside the annex with surfing spots lining the shore. Guest access Th annex and use the establishment steps to the beach area. Other things to note the guests have to be cautious with young kids if they bring their families. responsible behavior is expected within the premises. No vandalising property. No disturbing other establishments. No liquor or pets allowed within the premises. The beach is right in front if guests need a drink.
