The outdoor brick pizza oven, BBQ, and fire pit are currently off limits to guests due to safety concerns and ever-changing city fire regulations. The children's toys belong to the tenants and are not to be used. Thank you. However, guests are more than welcome to use the outdoor picnic area and enjoy their morning coffee in the back yard.
