New and comfortable apartment for 6 persons. The space The apartment has a modern kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a terrace. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven (gas and electric stove) and a coffee machine. From the kitchen is an access to the living room with dining area that has a table and chairs. In the living room is a sofa that can be used as a bed for two persons, satellite TV and air conditioning. The apartments have two bedrooms with double beds, bedside tables and cabinets, and are both equipped with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with table and chairs and a view of the private parking and green surroundings. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartments are situated in a prime location only 20m from the beach and 300m from the center. The apartment has parking, a barbecue area and a common Wi-Fi spot. No additional persons are allowed in the unit. All additional persons will be requested to leave the unit. Non compliance with this rule might cause eviction of all guests. Parking is included in the price. Air Conditioning is included in the price. Other things to note Security Deposit: 50€ per person.
