One bedroom basement apartment completely renovated on a 16 acre property. This apartment is located two miles from UNH and downtown Durham, NH. The space This is a recently completely renovated basement apartment. We are very close to UNH, Durham, Portsmouth, and Dover. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk the 16 acre property. Our home is family friendly. We expect that you respect quiet hours from 8:30pm to 7:00am. Also, if you are a family with parents and 2-3 children and you would like to stay without paying the extra guest fees, please send me a message. I don't want to charge families more per child. All quiet guests that are take care of my property are welcome. Check in and Check out are negotiable depending on my schedule and whether the apartment is occupied the night before or the night after. As long as I have time to clean, you are welcome to check in or out earlier or later than the listed check times. We can communicate in the days prior to your arrival about the specifics. Other things to note There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment, but there is a washer and dryer in the house you can use if you need to.
