The apartment is spacious, welcoming and familiar: it will be like being at home but in Milan! From 2025 there is also air conditioning for the summer! The view is breathtaking, and the area is characteristic and very lively. On foot you can reach the Duomo, the areas of fashion, design and the most important museums. There is a park nearby with the playground and the dog area. You can go on excursions on the Naviglio. Three metro stops is the station that takes you to Como in half an hour. The space Breathtaking view from a comfortable apartment in a trendy area: 100 sm, wide and comfortable living room with a small but complete kitchen, 2 sofa (one single and one doublebedded), big dining table, piano, tv, wifi; two rooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds: the latter can be locked apart, if the renters needs only 2-4 beds), nice and very comfortable bathroom with shower and tub separate. every room of the house has a balcony where to have breakfast, even lunch or dinner, or just sit and rest in a sunny day. The apartment can be rented partially: the second room can be simply locked a part 7 minutes walk from the fuori salone design area (during the design week the apartment price is different the during the year: watch the calendar), 3 minutes walk from the underground that takes to the main furniture and other fairs, to the central station, to the airport and all over milan. a nice walk takes to some of the most beautiful churchs and corners of the town. just stepping out from the building there are many restaurants (next door one starred by the guide michelin) bars for happy hours, icecream shops, bookstore, pharmacy, fashion stores, design jewlry. 15 minutes from two cinemas, three minutes from an open swimming pool in the summer, and a park. being an area partly fobidden to cars it's still silent in the morning, lively though in the evening: a perfect place for people in milan for business but also families with visiting interests and vacation. Guest access The hosts have access at the whole apartment, except my studio where I work few hours during the week, but has a separate entrance and can be separated from the rest of the flat. During the week only one bathroom is available, big and comfortable, with tub and a separate shower, while during the long weekends and vacation the second bathroom, green one, is also added to the flat. After ten in the evening it is forbidden to hear lowd music, and parties. Other things to note News! Air conditioning in every room has been installed since 2025.
