Pretty small house for 4 people with great location and spectacular Seaview from the mountains. Cozy accommodation, with small swimming pool (6x4 m) and BBQ. Just 5 minutes far from Valldemossa and Deia by car. WONDERFUL SUNSET. The space A house perfect for one or two couples located halfway between Deià and Valldemossa. A very quiet place with fantastic Seaview from the mountains (incredible sunsets). On the terrace there is a small swimming pool, a sunshade and a BBQ. The interior is spare and cozy. There are two bedrooms with double bed, one bathroom and a functional kitchen. Air conditioning. Above the house there is a big parking place. Guest access On the fourth day of the stay we do a light clean and towels are changed. On the seventh day, total house cleaning with change of linen and towels is done. Other things to note IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 1,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.
