Large bedroom (5.5m x 2.7m) in a new build flat. There is 2 single beds in the room . One of the beds can be double on request. The double bed need to be requested before arrival. There is a small fridge, microwave and kettle in the room with access to the balcony. The bathroom and balcony are shared. Great location within 10-15 minute walk to Brixton, Stockwell and Oval tube stations. Modern amenities. The space Brilliant white walls, ceilings, woodwork. Natural oak finish internal doors. Traditional oak laminate flooring to hallway and carpet to bedroom. Grey floor tiles in bathroom, Ladder style towel warmer and Large format mirror. Washer and dish washer are free standing in the hallway cupboard. There is a private fridge and microwave , kettle etc available for the guest to use and balcony to enjoy. Guest access Bedroom with access to balcony. Shared bathroom. No access to the kitchen or lounge. During your stay I will be in the flat working in some days and available to offer help if needed.
